Doggy Daycare & Boarding

It’s your dog’s home away from home!

Our Sailors are always on watch to make sure the seas are calm and your pups are happy! We believe dogs need to be dogs and the pack experience is one they deeply desire. We encourage social play with pups of all sizes. We do have separated play areas so our little guys and those that aren’t as social can play at their leisure without any undue stress as well. We also offer a pack barracks with cots, bedding, and comfy sofa chairs for rest and decompression time when needed. If your pup is a loner, or just doesn’t play well with others, not a problem! Our team is always available with some one-on-one playtime, so everyone goes home exercised and tired at the end of the day.
If your pups are boarding with us, they will get the full treatment! We let out to potty and play in the morning just before the galley bell rings and everyone is fed. Once the daycare pups start showing up, we let everyone out again for pack play. They will be able to retire to the barracks or their stateroom anytime during the day to get some quite time and to decompress. All staterooms are equipped with water and feeding bowels, a private cot, and bedding. No need to bring anything from home that might get soiled or damaged.

Daycare

Salty Dogs prides ourselves on our social “pack like” environment. Dogs are dogs here and that social experience is not only good physically for our pups, but their mental health craves it. To make sure every dog is safe and all enjoy their experience, all new dogs will be required to undergo a temperament assessment and trial day to make sure they are a good fit for (and to become) all our regular guests.
Drop-off is between 7-9am and pickup is between 3-6pm. Staff pick-up and drop-off is an options on a space available basis.

All daycare dogs must be;

  • Spayed or Neutered
  • Fully up to date on their vaccinations within 48 hours of arrival to include;
  • DPP with Adenovirus (Distemper, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza) 1 or 3-yr. vaccine required
  • Bordetella Required every 6 months and at least 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure maximum efficiency and protection against Kennel Cough. Please note that many veterinarians administer this vaccine only by request.
  • Rabies 1 or 3-yr. vaccine required
  • Canine Influenza (for dogs) Not required, but highly recommended to help protect against the Canine Influenza respiratory illness. Consult your veterinarian.
  • Leptospirosis Not required, but highly recommended to help protect against the Leptospirosis infection. Consult your veterinarian.
  • Fleas & Ticks In addition to vaccinations, all pets should be flea and tick free. Overnight and Day Camp guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will not be permitted to check-in.
  • Puppies over 8 months old with all final vaccinations
  • Dominant breeds (such as Pitbull’s, rottweiler’s, and German Shephard’s) may be subject to further restrictions dependent on their socialization level.

Member Rates

  • One day a week: $108/month
  • Two days a week: $208/month
  • Three days a week: $300/month
  • Four days a week: $384/month

Non-Member Rates

Nonmembers are existing clients whose pups attend daycare on an irregular schedule. Discounts are still available when days are purchased in bulk.

  • Single day: $32
  • 10 day pack: $300

Note: Daycare and Boarding packages are to be used within 12 months.

Boarding

Those pups that are staying the night with us, not only get the doggy daycare experience but enjoy their very own stateroom as well. All staterooms are equipped with an outside run as well as an climate controlled feeding and sleeping area. We provide all of our guests with elevated cots, bedding, and evening music/movie time. A day of exhaustive play calls for a relaxing evening of comfort and decompression.

Total cruise like vacation! The chow hall is open for breakfast around 6am and dinner is served around 5pm. Evening events (music/movie time) start around 6pm with lights out by 8pm.

Salty Dogs does pride itself on social play for our guests. Though we do make exceptions for pups that don’t prefer the company of others, we may have limited availability and additional charges for these guys.

Drop-off is between 2-6pm and pickup is between 9am-12pm. Staff pick-up and drop-off is an options on a space available basis.

All boarding dogs must be;

Non-Member Boarding Rates

Nonmembers are existing clients whose pups attend daycare on an irregular schedule or join us for boarding only. We are accepting new boarding clients depending on availability when you plan to travel. Discounts are still available when days/nights are purchased in bulk.

  • $40 per night
  • $30 per night per each additional dog in the same kennel
  • $15 for afternoon daycare pick-up
  • 10 night pack: $380

Boarding dogs are included in daily playtime rotations or private yard time, if applicable.

Note: Daycare and Boarding packages are to be used within 12 months.
